The name Oi Soi Oi is Vietnamese and means "wow!"

The company was founded in 2007 by Britt Goodall and Christina Thorbøll. Britt has lived in Vietnam for more than 20 years. Here she has built up a team who, together with her, are responsible for design and production.

With a local presence, Oi Soi Oi can ensure quality and proper production conditions. They have a fundamental passion for beautiful craftsmanship, combined with a desire to make a difference and to treat other people and our world with respect, they seek to utilize good craft traditions and keep them alive to create beautiful things that tell a story.

They do not want to mass produce in a factory, but produce in small family businesses where they know the people who work for them. They are loyal to the workshops and have been working with most of them for many years.  This way they have helped to ensure a better future for "their" Vietnamese families.
