It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website. Rêve vert reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend you review these terms and conditions whenever you use this web shop.

We accept payment with Anyday.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. After that, you will pay your monthly benefit on the last business day from the next month, and three months ahead.
No fees and interest will be charged to your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.

By sending an order to rêve vert via www.revevert.dk you guarantee that the information concerning payment of your order is valid and correct. When your order is accepted and processed by rêve vert, payment will ensure, and you have thus given rêve vert permission to undertake the necessary payment control.
The credit card you use must be your own. All credit card users are subject to validation, control and approval by the credit card issuer. If the card issuer rejects the payment, rêve vert cannot be responsible for eventual delays or non-delivery of an order. In cases where validation and approval of your card has been withdrawn or is lacking, rêve vert retains the right to annul your order.
Payment will be deducted from your account when your purchase is sent from rêve vert. Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days from order is received.
Communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL link (Secure Socket Layer).

When packages are not picked up, rêve vert retains the right to charge a fee of DKK 49,- to cover the expenses incurred by rêve vert.
Delivery in Denmark usually takes 1-3 workdays depending on when the order was accepted, pending the items are in stock. We reserve the right for sold out or discontinued items. You will be contacted in case we are unable to comply with the specified delivery time.

We offer international shipping to a growing number of countries.
Due to the complexity of cost and service levels, the best way to determine the cost of shipping to your delivery location outside EU is to add your order to the basket and then select the delivery address.
If you cannot see your delivery country listed or there is no shipping option then please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be able to add the country to our list.
For undelivered packages, rêve vert retains the right to charge a fee equivalent to the shipping costs incurred by rêve vert for the order.
Delivery in Europe usually takes 4-5 workdays after the order has been accepted. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and should only be regarded as a guideline. Rêve vert cannot be held responsible for delays when the estimated delivery dates are exceeded by the delivery firm.
Delivery outside of Europe usually takes 12-14 workdays after the order has been accepted. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and should only be regarded as a guideline. Rêve vert cannot be held responsible for delays when the estimated delivery dates are exceeded by the delivery firm or the local customs authorities.
Taxes, duty charges and custom fees.
If you are sending goods:
1. From one EU country to another EU country there is usually no tax or customs charges, since all EU countries are exempt from these charges because of freedom of movement of goods within the EU.
2. To a country outside the EU, goods can be detained in customs and custom fees incurred. Rêve vert is not responsible for the taxes, duty charges and custom fees.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is sent from rêve vert. With this number, you can follow your order from the sender until it arrives at its destination. A delivery can usually be tracked 12 hours after the tracking number has been received.

If you want to cancel your purchase (Right of cancellation) / return:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days when you shop at rêve vert. Please note that return is at your own expense.
You must, within 14 days after receiving your purchase, notify us that you wish to cancel your order. It is up to you to document your wish to cancel in time. It’s only possible to contact rêve vert via mail send to email@example.com. In you your mail concerning cancellation, you’re clearly to state you want to use your right of cancellation. Rêve vert will afterwards reply with a return number, which is to be included with the returned items together with your delivery note.
You cannot cancel an order just by refusing to accept delivery.
The items are to be returned in perfect condition and return shipping is at your own risk and cost. rêve vert will not compensate items lost or damaged during return shipping
Your payment will be paid back to the credit card used upon ordering, as soon as we receive your return item. Please allow 3-5 workdays for the refund to enter your account.
Cost for return freight i Denamrk is free.
Returns from Germany, please issue returnlabel at cost EUR 9,95.
Returns from other European countries and outside, unfortunately we can not offer a return label service.

What should I return?
You must include a copy of the delivery note and return number. Please note – we do not accept packages that are sent COD.
What if there is something wrong with my purchase?
Regulations concerning defective goods can be found in the Danish Sale of Goods Act and apply to all goods purchased at rêve vert.
When you shop at www.revevert.dk you automatically have a 24 month warranty. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, or you can get your money back or a reduction of the price, all depending on the actual situation. If the item is no longer in stock you will be offered a refund.
It is, however, necessary that the claim is warranted, and that the defect is not the result of improper usage of the product, unauthorized intervention or other damaging or inappropriate behavior.
How quickly must I make my claim?
You must file your claim within a “reasonable amount of time” after you discovered that an item was defective. If you make your claim within 2 months following the discovery of the defect, your claim will always be “in time” (assuming that you have made your claim at the latest 24 months after the purchase).
We refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the claim is legitimate, we will naturally refund any reasonable shipping costs.

Please note – we do not accept packages that are sent COD or by other similar methods of delivery.
Remember that the goods must be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt when you send the item so we can refund your shipping costs.
We do our utmost to ensure that prices, offers and other information on our website are correct. However, we make reservations for price and spelling errors as well as tax changes. If we discover a price error in making a purchase online, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If we cannot find a solution to your problem, you can make a complaint to the relevant authority for this area as long as the necessary conditions are met. One of these conditions is that you must first make your claim to the company you bought the item from before you can go further to the relevant authority.

Computer monitors may be set differently and may vary widely in size. Therefore, color reproductions can vary greatly depending on the screen. Rêve vert cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen reflect the exact color of the item.
However, rêve vert tries to describe the item as best as possible. You are always welcome to contact the rêve vert customer service for further information on goods.
