You must request a return number before sending your parcel.
Once your return has been registered, we will send you a return label and further instructions by email where applicable.
Please include your return number inside the parcel.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Denmark
Returns are free for regular priced items.
For Sale / Last Chance items, a return fee of DKK 49 will be deducted from your refund.
European Union
Return cost: EUR 9.95 (deducted from your refund if our return label is used).
Outside EU
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
