RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
You cannot exercise your right of cancellation simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to cancel.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated on our Returns page.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5. Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
