2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase shall apply.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.
We accept payment by:
VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and MobilePay.
Payment is deducted from your account when your order is dispatched.
All transactions are processed through secure encrypted SSL connections.
If a payment is rejected by your card issuer, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on destination and the shipping method selected.

7. Complaints
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
• You have a 24-month right to file a complaint regarding defects.
• Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
• A complaint made within 2 months after discovery will always be considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the specific circumstances.

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right for:

• Typographical errors

• Tax or VAT changes
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment.
We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
